Stavanger is a beautiful coastal town in the Southt West corner of Norway. Stavanger have long tradisions with shipping and fishboats. In early 1900, there was a lot of canneries in town and many areas smelled of fish. In early 1970’s, Oil was found in the North Sea, and Stavanger soon becam the oil capitol of Norway, and still are. Stavanger is sourrounded by the Northsea to the west with great beaches and the fjords to the North and East.
