Lysebotn
Lysebotn is a small village in the end of the long Lysefjorden.
Lysefjorden is surrounded with spectacular mountains, steep cliffs going vertical up to 1000 meters straight down to the fjord.
The name “Lysebotn” means “the bottom”, is the end of the fjord.
Lysebotn have ferry connection from Stavanger. It have a small camping area, lodiging and groceries. Start of trailhead to Kjerag is just a few kilometers from here.
